Although I purchased direct from KC Hardware, I found the item on Amazon. KC shipped my 72" V track replacement right after talking with them. Item was shipped USPS, it took a couple extra days to arrive. The item was packaged and labeled "fragile" very professionally. Anyway the track arrived damaged, it was bent leaving about a 2-3 in ark. I called KC right after delivery and explained what happened and what the item looked like. With out question KC sent me another one same day as calling them. I offered pictures of damage item and package, They did not need to see and no further questioning needed. What GREAT customer service will do business with them again.

This fit my glass shower door very well and it stays on snugly. Be careful when cutting it, because mine kind of cracked. Luckily it isn't very visible so I was still able to use it. Use a saw and not shears like I did. The material on this is a little harder than my old one, so the door kindof slams on it more without as much cushion, but hopefully this one will be more durable as my last one broke, which is why I was replacing it

One of our original Rear Slider Wheel guides rusted solid. I installed the KC Hardware HD Stainless Steel Roller, and the door worked perfectly after. I ended up replacing the other bottom slider roller as well

Our local big box stores (yes, plural) no longer carry the height size needed. We used this one perfectly and added a door sweep to the back of the door to make sure everything is A okay for our client!!

So happy that this actually worked and kept dust out. My house is much cleaner with a proper fitting door seal. I just had to drill new holes, but that wasn't a big deal.

Replaced hail-damaged window beading.

I tried to install this and it is too hard and stiff to go onto the glass. After trying it with a mallet, it cracked and was unusable. Terrible product.
