Great product! Durable, well made, and water proof. Measurements are exact and as advertised. It was easy to size it to my door frame - I used a metal cutting blade on my jig saw. I bought this product primarily because I have an exterior door that gets hit by rain and the wooden core of the previous threshold rotted out.

These wheels are an excellent choice and they fit an old sliding screen door I have. A perfect fit and replacement.

What a piece of crap. I just received this item and first off I have to cut it to size to fit and when I realized when I was cutting it to size, one end was completely warped and would not sit right. Because this item only fits one way into my track, I was not able to cut the warped end to fight correctly. I wasted money on a piece of crap I cannot return because I already cut it to size. Do not buy this product. Also, when I received the package one end was all smashed up. I am mad as hell.

Save yourself a headache and don’t buy this crap! The sealer’s channel does not fit on the frameless glass door, not wide enough. The instructions for returning the product were confusing but I returned it by ups only tobe told it wasn’t returned properly therefore I was charged an absurd shipping fee of $50!

After a shipping error, KC Hardware bent over backwards to make sure that we had what we needed for our home project. I'm really impressed with their customer service and the quick turn-around on the fix, which arrived quickly and worked great. I'd buy again from them any time!
