The item is very sturdy and works as it should. However I wish you were able to countersink the screws for a smooth roll. The gauge of the metal is thinner than expected in order to do that, so as it rolls over the space where the screws are inserted it will make a click or noise each time. However it works on the porch gate.

It was exactly what I needed to repair the sliding screen door on my home! Easy as pie to find and replace.

Did not fit over my track

This track worked out well for our slider. We had to make a cut in order for it to fit flush, but it was worth the work. A bit pricey for what you get, but it does solve the issue of an old track.

Product is brittle.. I returned the product and got charged 37 dollars for a restocking fee. thats half the price of the item.
