Glides like Butter. Got a quote for a $3,000 new sliding door and instead replaced the track and got new wheels. It fits perfectly and was easy to cut to size with my miter saw. Door feels like new. My old track was atrocious, I kept it in the photo for reference.

This makes it easier for the door to swing because the “sweep” is not directly under the door, it flexes much easier. It costs more than some but I like it better than any other I have tried. I do not know how durable it will be but I expect it will last as long as most others would. Maybe longer because the sweep is not stressed. I will purchase again.

Easy install. Adhesive is not as strong as it needs to be for tile. I used silicone caulk to seal both edges. Otherwise it works as advertised.
